JOB VACANCIES - January 2019

We are now recruiting for the 2019 season for the following positions

Seasonal nursery worker - mid February - end September - based at Exbury or Beckheath nurseries - hours to suit.

Despatch team member - start ASAP - based at Beckheath nursery - full time hours

Seasonal 7.5 Tonne lorry driver - start mid March - based at Exbury nursery - full time hours + overtime

4 x Seasonal nursery workers – Part time/full time hours available

  • To start mid February/March – end of September

  • Based at our Exbury (SO45 1AZ) and Beckheath (SO41 5SR) nurseries. The employee may be required to move around these sites during the employment period.

  • Due to the nature of the sites the employee must have their own transport to work.

  • No previous nursery experience required. Training will be given

  • Must be keen to work outdoors in all weathers.

  • Hours can be flexible to suit and will be agreed in advance.

  • Must be able to speak good English.

  • Rate of Pay: Above minimum TBC

 

1 x Permanent Despatch team member – Full time hours available

  • Start ASAP

  • Based at Beckheath nursery, East End, Lymington. SO41 5SR

  • Due to nature of the sites candidate must have own transport to work.

  • No previous nursery experience required

  • Must be keen to work outdoors in all weathers

  • Must be able to work to deadlines

  • Full time hours – Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.30pm, Friday 8am – 3.30pm. Overtime may be required in Spring

  • No holiday to be taken March – early June

  • Must be able to speak good English

  • Rate of Pay:  Above minimum TBC                                  Overtime: Time and half

 

1 x Seasonal 7.5 Tonne Lorry Driver – Full time hours + overtime

  • Start – mid March – end June/mid July

  • No holiday to be taken during this period. Holiday will be paid at the end of the period.

  • Based at Exbury nursery. Due to nature of the sites candidate must have own transport to work.

  • Must have licence to drive 7.5 tonne lorry.

  • Must have up to date CPC training.

  • Early starts.

  • Good knowledge of South England and ideally London.

  • Capable of unloading lorry on own.

  • Hours approx. 40 hours per week.

  • Rate of Pay: Above minimum TBC    Overtime: Time and half
